2 1/2 Inch Replacement Blevins Buckle Sleeve

This size is commonly used by many Makers and manufacturers

The stirrup leather width may be 2 1/2 inches wide or slightly narrower. The inside edges of the Blevins Slide will be slightly wider than 2 1/2” to allow the stirrup leather to pass through.

Some Makers will cut the stirrup leather narrower to allow the leather to pass through easier without hanging up. Also, on aged saddles the stirrup leather may narrow some from stretching.

Your stirrup leathers width may measure as narrow as 2 1/4” depending on the makers cut width when made or stretched over time with age.

This is still the correct replacement if your stirrup leathers measure at the widths above and there are 2 rows of holes in the leathers (side by side)
